Jo Lindner posted fitness-related tricks, tips, and routines in his Instagram. Jo was killed by an aneurysm at the age 30, on June 30th 2023. Prior to his death the pain was felt throughout his neck. Noel Deyzel (a fellow bodybuilder) confirmed his death by posting it on Instagram. Then, his girlfriend Nicha also followed suit.
